" There are lot of roti stalls in Chiang Mai, but this is probably one of the best if not the best. The roti is freshly prepared and perfectly fried (not to crispy) when you order while other places nowadays pre-fry the roti and warm it on the pan. Be warned though, this place is very popular and if you arrive late you might have long wait. "
