• ที่ขายนั้นจะไม่ใช้เศษเนื้อชิ้นเล็ก ชิ้นน้อยนะ ต้องเป็นเนื้อวัวสามชั้นเพียงอย่างเดียวเท่านั้น แล้วซื้อมาแต่ของดีชิ้นใหญ่ ๆ เต็ม ๆ ประมาณวันละ 25 กิโลกรัม มาตุ๋นในไฟอ่อน ๆ กับเครื่องสมุนไพรสูตรลับของคุณป้าวรินทร จนเปื่อยนุ่ม
