Unfortunately, their bun texture was on the hard dough side, which is very different from the delicate texture which is common with the best versions that can be found from the original authentic Cantonese style. The meat filling is quite good with salted egg as well. But the bun is vulgar, lacking in finesse. I didn’t try the rice dumpling, and other products. I think they might be decent. But the bun is unforgivable for those looking for an authentic char-siew bun experience. "
